The most dreaded part of my week is having to choose a Sincerity wedding gown to feature. It’s a tough job when I can only pick one! This time I’ve chosen style 3637 as our Dress Of The Week!
This strapless tulle dress has a beaded lace top that falls into the drop waist bodice. Its corset back and chapel length train makes it a sight to see whether you’re looking at the front or the back. The wedding dress is shown in ivory but it is also available in white.
Why I love it: The corset back is a great way to accentuate the narrowest park of your body, your waist! It also gives great adjustability because you can tie it as tight as you want and you won’t have to worry about losing those last five pounds!
Perfect for: An indoor wedding where the lights will make the beaded dress shimmer as the bride has her first dance with her husband.
What do you think of our Dress Of The Week?
You can still have flowers on your wedding day without having to figure out when your favorite flowers are in bloom or whether or not the florist will get to your wedding ceremony on time.
A great alternative to natural flowers is paper flowers and decoration. Do you remember making paper flowers in your second grade art class? They were fun and easy to make! But if you don’t have the time or the patience to make them your self you can always order them online!
You don’t just have to incorporate flowers on your wedding day there are also creative banners, cranes, cones, and garlands you can use for your big day. Here are a few paper decorations that caught my eye:

Sincerity style 3703 is our choice for Dress Of The Week. This cowl draped charmeuse tank top forms an asymmetrical draping on the bodice. Once the bride turns around you get a look at the crystal and beaded racerback. It has a deep back that ends with a chapel length train. The wedding dress is pictured in ivory/silver but is also available in white/silver.
Why I love it: It’s sleek and stunning! The dress accents her body in all the right places giving her an amazing hourglass figure.
Perfect for: A bride looking to have an elegant summer wedding who isn’t timid about showing some skin on her wedding day.
When it comes to the beauty department there seems to always be another bigger and better product than the one you just purchased. It can get frustrating when you hear that a newer beauty product has trumped your latest beauty obsession. The good thing is that there are a few things you can count on never changing, even when it comes to beauty products. I want to share an at-home facial that I’ve been doing for over a decade and it’s just as effective as it was 10 years ago!
It’s a sweet and sour scrub that you can make from 3 simple ingredients. This lemon and sugar scrub is a great exfoliant for those rough spots you get on your feet and hands.
You will need:
½ fresh lemon
½ cup of granulated sugar
1 tbsp. of organic honey
Grab a bowl and mix these ingredients until it has a medium thick consistency. You can always add or subtract any of these ingredients depending on how thick you want the scrub to be.
When using it as a face scrub, make sure to apply it gently in circular motions to clean skin. Leave it on for 5-10 minutes and wash off with cool water.
When using it as a body scrub, use on feet, elbows, knees and hands and pay close attention to cuticles! Again, apply it gently in circular motions and wash off with cool water.
I’m sure you want your skin to look radiant and feel extra smooth on your wedding day, so make sure to make this at-home scrub before the big day!
